Water, sanitation, landscaping, and snow removal are included in the HOA fee, which varies per household based on floor plan.

The clubhouse can be reserved for gatherings for $50 and a refundable $200 deposit. It includes a full kitchen and a TV.

The Social Committee hosts the following events throughout the year: pool opening breakfast, Memorial Day flag raising, Veteran recognition and brunch. Grill-N-Chill is held at the clubhouse throughout the summer. Bring a dish to share and what you want for the grill. We supply soft drinks, condiments and picnic supplies. There is also a community Thanksgiving in November and Christmas party in December.

Other activities have been organized by community members as well, including bingo, euchre and other games, and pool aerobics.
